2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at WEBSITEURL (the “Website”).
2.2. All competitions are skill-based competitions and an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
2.3. To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
3.1. The competition will run between the opening and closing dates specified on the Website (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively). All times and dates referred to are UK time.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If changes are made, the new details will be displayed on the Website. We will only do this a maximum of 2 times, and only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., UK-wide internet outage or server failure) to ensure fairness to all participants.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries received after the deadline may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number of entries per competition will be stated on the Website. Your ability to enter may be limited if that number is reached.
3.5. To enter:
(a) Visit our website and view the Competition Question.
(b) Select your answer and the number of entries.
(c) Complete the checkout and submit the online entry form.
(d) Complete your payment and receive your confirmation.
3.6. Entries must be in English. Poor spelling will be considered, but illegible entries will be excluded.
3.7. The Promoter will send confirmation of your entry and ticket number(s).
3.8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to any technical or postal failures.
3.9. By purchasing and submitting an entry, you enter into a contract with the Promoter and agree to these terms and conditions.
3.10. Under the Gambling Act 2005, a free entry method ensures the competition is not a lottery. You may enter for free by following these conditions:
(a) Send your entry by first-class post on a UK-sized postcard (148mm x 105mm). Entries in envelopes or of the wrong size will not be accepted.
(b) Include:
The competition name (as shown on the website)
Your full name and date of birth
Your address
Your registered phone number and email address
Your answer to the Competition Question
(c) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
(d) Each free entry must be posted separately.
(e) By entering, you confirm you meet the criteria and accept the terms.
(f) Your entry must be received before the Closing Date.
(g) We do not confirm receipt of free entries or whether your answer is correct.
(h) If the maximum number of entries is reached before your free entry arrives, it will not be accepted.
(i) You must have an account on the Website with details that match the postcard. Postal entries that don’t match the account details will not be processed.
4.1. All correct entries will be entered into a draw. The winner will be chosen using Google’s random draw generator during a live social media broadcast, within 7 days of the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).
4.2. Entrant names and ticket numbers will be visible in a spreadsheet during the live draw. If you wish your name to be censored, contact info@autokeysglasgow.co.uk in advance. However, all winners agree to be publicly named during the draw and in any media unless data protection laws require otherwise.

5.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) Employees of Autokeys Glasgow or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
5.2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility. Failure to provide it may result in disqualification.
5.3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) Automatically generated by a computer (including scripts);
(b) Completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) Incomplete;
(d) From multiple accounts by the same person;
(e) From persons using false identity or details.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to reject and/or remove any entries (including free entries) if:
(a) It has reason to believe an entrant has breached any of these terms;
(b) There has been any attempt to manipulate the competition outcome;
(c) It reasonably suspects fraud, cheating, or unfair conduct.
6.1. The prize for each competition is described on the relevant page of the https://autokeysglasgow.co.uk/.
6.2. Prizes are not negotiable, transferable, or exchangeable.
6.3. If the prize is a vehicle:
(a) The Promoter will ensure the vehicle is fully owned, not under finance, and registered with the DVLA.
(b) Insurance is not included.
(c) The Promoter is not responsible for running costs or issues that arise after ownership is transferred.
(d) Winners are responsible for taxing, MOT, and insuring the vehicle.
(e) The Promoter will not be held liable for future faults, damage, or losses after the prize is claimed.
6.4. If the winner is disqualified or found ineligible, a redraw will be conducted using the same process.
7.1. The winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry (email or phone). It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their details are accurate.
7.2. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant via a redraw.
7.3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf unless previously agreed in writing.
7.4. The Promoter does not accept responsibility if the winner cannot receive or use the prize due to circumstances beyond its control.
